    Your Secured P2PE devices will be deployed to you either already pre -configured or will be set up on site by our qualified engineer. You will be contacted by our chosen fulfilment house, see below, before your devices a re dispatched, to confi rm the del i very da te a nd wi l l a dvi s e whether thes e devi ces a re pre -confi gured or not.

The old device will be collected by the courier and returned to Elavon securely. Pl ease ensure the devi ce is placed inside its original packaging (if a vailable) a nd set aside, i n a secured location, ready for collection.
