Mono Mode
The temperature setting for the driver side
and passenger side are linked. If you adjust
the temperature setting using the rotary
control on the driver side, the system
automatically adjusts the temperature
setting on the passenger side.
Switching Mono Mode On
Press and hold the AUTO button for a few
seconds. Adjust the temperature setting
using the rotary control on the driver side.
Switching Mono Mode Off
Adjust the temperature setting using the
rotary control on the passenger side, mono
mode automatically turns off. The
temperature setting on the driver side
remains unchanged. Adjust the
temperature settings on the driver side and
passenger side independently. The climate
control display shows the temperature
settings.
HINTS ON CONTROLLING THE
INTERIOR CLIMATE
General Hints
Note: Prolonged use of recirculated air may
cause the windows to fog up.
Note: To reduce humidity build-up inside
your vehicle, do not drive with the system
switched off or with recirculated air always
switched on.
Note: Do not place objects under the front
seats as this may interfere with the airflow
to the rear seats.
Note: Remove any snow, ice or leaves from
the air intake area at the base of the
windshield.
Note: To improve air conditioning when
starting your vehicle, drive with the windows
slightly open for two to three minutes.

Climate Control
Recommended Settings for
Cooling
1.
Press the AUTO button.
2. Adjust the temperature control to the
desired setting.
Side Window Defogging in Cold
Weather
1.
Select air distribution through the floor
vent.
2. Select air distribution through the panel
vent.
3. Select A/C.
4. Adjust the temperature control to the
desired setting.
5. Adjust the outer panel vents toward
the side windows.
Note: To increase airflow to the outer panel
vents, close the vents in the middle of the
instrument panel.
HEATED WINDOWS AND
MIRRORS
Heated Rear Window
Note: Make sure the vehicle is running
before operating the heated windows.
window will automatically turn off after a
short period of time. Start the vehicle
before you switch the heated rear window
on.
Do not use razor blades or other sharp
objects to clean or remove decals from
the inside of the heated rear window.
The vehicle warranty does not cover
damage caused to the heated rear
window grid lines.
