MAIN CONTROL
The main control board is very ro bust and is rarely the
cause of system issues. It is impo rtant to fully diagnose
the board fo r any suspected failures befo re attempting
to remo ve the bo ard fo r replacement o r service. Follow
the guidelines belo w to fully test and diagno se the main
control.
Power Fault

ning it is important to first verify the unit is no t simply set
to sabbath mode.

Precautions must be taken while workin g with
live electrical equipmen t. Be sure to follow
proper safety procedures while performin g tests
on live systems.
REED SWITCH
A reed switch is used to mo nito r do o r state. When the do o r
is clo sed it co mes into contact with the reed which clo ses a
circuit which turns the light and display o ff. When the do o r
is o pen the reed mo ves o utward and o pens the circuit. If
the do o r is left o pen fo r lo nger than 5 minutes the switch
will trigger an erro r co de and set an audible warning.
