SYMPTOM
No power to unit
Unit won't heat
Unit won't cool
Tank won't fill
Tank overflows
Food not kept cold enough
Food not kept hot enough

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Circuit breaker tripped
Power switch OFF
Selector switch not set to HOT
Insufficient water in tank
Temp control not set high enough
Min water level sensor dirty
Internal damage
Selector switch not set to COLD
Tank too hot
Condenser cooling louvers or coil
plugged
Internal damage
Selector switch not set to HOT
Max water level sensor dirty
Drain valve open
Internal damage
Max water level sensor dirty
Internal damage
Food not chilled to start
Pan rails set too high
Refrigerant adjustment needed
Food not warm to start
Food too thick
Temp control not set high enough Set temp control to desired temp

REMEDY
Reset circuit breaker
Turn power switch ON
Set to HOT
Be sure drain valve is closed
Allow to fill above min water level
Set temp control
Clean water level sensors
Contact Authorized USECO
Service Agency for repairs
Set to COLD
Allow to cool to 100°F or less
Clean condenser louvers and/or
coil
Contact Authorized USECO
Service Agency for repairs
Set to HOT
Clean water level sensors
Be sure drain valve is closed

Add only pre-heated food
For NSF 7 operation use lower
