DRIVER MEMORY SETTINGS

(if equipped)
This feature allows up to two drivers
to program and recall memory
settings for the driver's seat settings,
exterior mirror positions, tilt and
telescopic steering column position,
some radio and compact disc
settings, and last climate control
setting.
With Base radio systems, memory
settings are programmed and
recalled through the radio. On
Navigation radio-equipped vehicles,
memory settings are programmed
and recalled through the Navigation
system display. (See your Navigation
System Manual for complete
programming instructions.)
To store driver settings on Base
radio-equipped vehicles:
• Turn the ignition on.
• Press the CNFG radio button.
• Turn the TUNE/SEL knob and scroll
to SETUP.

• Press TUNE/SEL to enter the
SETUP menu.
• Turn TUNE/SEL and scroll to
DRIVER SELECTION.
• Press TUNE/SEL to enter the
DRIVER SELECTION menu.
• Turn the TUNE/SEL knob to the
appropriate driver number
(according to the number shown
on the back of your key fob); then
press the TUNE/SEL knob.
• Adjust the driver's seat, outside
mirror and steering column to
comfortable positions.
• Set the climate control temper-
ature, fan speed and mode
settings, radio presets, tone
volume, playback mode (AM/FM
or CD) and compact disc position.
• Turn the TUNE/SEL knob and scroll
to STORE DRIVER SETTINGS; then
press the knob. Two beeps will
sound and your settings will be
saved.

Personalization
Your memory settings are now
programmed. Any changes made
to the audio system and climate
controls while driving will be
automatically stored when the
ignition is turned off. If desired,
repeat the above procedures for a
second driver by programming the
other driver number.
Your preferences are recalled by
pressing any button on the Keyless
Access transmitter or by selecting
Driver 1 or Driver 2 on the radio
display.
