Avoid the risk of
damage to property
Electrical products may pose a
hazard to animals. Animals can
also damage the product. Always
keep animals away from electri-
cal products.
Protect the product from moisture,
drops of water and splashing
water.
Ensure that the mains cable does
not get stuck in cupboard doors
and that it is not pulled over hot
surfaces. This could damage the
mains cable's insulation.
Only use the original accessories.
Do not place the product on hot
surfaces, near hot surfaces or
near an open fire.
Keep the clipper oil out of the
reach of children. Do not ingest
the clipper oil; do not apply it to
the eyes. Keep it in a safe loca-
tion when it is not being used.

Before Use

DANGER OF ELECTRIC
SHOCK! The product is not wa-
terproof and therefore must not
be used in the bathtub/shower.
Please do not use the product if
you have an open wound, cut,
sunburn or blister.
The product is only intended for
use on dry hair in dry, indoor
spaces.

Oiling the blades

It is advisable to oil the blades before first use and
after cleaning to ensure complete functionality.
Always turn the product off before oiling the
blades. To do so, slide the ON/OFF switch
to the "OFF" position and unplug the mains
plug from the socket.
Remove the blade guard
by pushing up on the blade guard
thumb (see Fig. A).
Apply one to two drops of clipper oil

Wipe off any excess oil with a cloth.
You can also use any acid-free oil (such as
sewing machine oil).

Operation

Attaching the guide comb

Use the following list to select the appropriate
guide comb
based on the desired cutting

length.
Guide comb 1 --- cutting length approx. 3 mm
Guide comb 2 --- cutting length approx. 6 mm
Guide comb 3 --- cutting length approx. 9 mm
Guide comb 4 --- cutting length approx. 12 mm
Hold the guide comb
Carefully attach the desired guide comb
the blades
as shown in Fig. B. Make sure the
