3.6.5.2. HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE DIES ON THE MACHINE.
The assembling operations cannot be made if the machine is not supplied with
electrical power because, on the other case, the brake cannot be disengaged
and so you cannot put the machine in the different positions for the die
assembling.
To put the machine in that position you have to connect it at your electric power
supply and turn the "MAIN SWITCH" switch into "1-ON" position; then follow the
next instructions by choosing the modality of assembling.
You can assemble the dies in two modes:
"SEMI-AUTOMATIC" mode or "AUTOMATIC" mode.
ATTENTION:
WHEN THE BRAKE IS DISENGAGED, THE UPPER (RECIPROCATING) DIE CAN GO DOWN
BECAUSE OF ITS OWN WEIGHT.
SO, IN CASE OF INTERVENTIONS INSIDE THE STAMPING AREA, BE CAREFUL TO AVOID
ACCIDENTS.
When you open the door of the stamping area, the brake of the motor will be
automatically activated: to stop every movements of the stamping group will be
prevent.
TO USE THE ELECTRIC COMMANDS, YOU HAVE TO CLOSE THE PROTECTION COVERS.
