Step 1:
Attach spinner (B) with indents facing outward to
t-pole (A) by inserting it through the opening.
Step 3:
Attach second spinner (B) with indents facing
outward to t-pole (A) (the result of step 2) by
inserting it through the opening.

Stake Base
Step 2:
Attach cap (C) to t-pole (A) (the result of step 1)
by screwing it to the right until it is firmly tightened.
Step 4:
Attach cap (C) to spinner (B) (the result of step 3)
by screwing it to the right until it is firmly tightened.
