Step 1:
Attach wheel (C) to fin (B) by inserting it through
the opening.
Step 3:
Attach top pole (D) to fin (B) (the result of step 2)
by inserting it through the opening.
Note:
Product (cap, fin, and wheel) will vary depending on the item purchased.

Top Pole Middle Pole
Step 2:
Attach cap (A) into fin (B) (the result of step 1) by
turning to the right until it is firmly tightened.
Step 4:
Attach middle pole (E) into top pole (D) (the result
of step 3) by aligning the button on middle pole
with the hole on top pole until it clicks into place.
