Setting the Date and Time

Follow this procedure to set the camera clock. When you take a picture, the current date
and time are recorded with the image. When you take a picture, the current date and
time are recorded with the image as file information (not "printed" on the image).
You can select one of the following date formats.
Year, Month, Day
-Y-M-D
-M-D-Y
Month, Day, Year
-D-M-Y
Day, Month, Year
If you set to print the date with print reserve selection, the image will be printed with the
date format selected here.

Set the mode dial to the setup/
connection mode

Press the menu button
The menu is displayed on the monitor.

On the arrow pad, press
to move the green highlight to the
date and time setting mark

On the arrow pad, press
move the green highlight to the
mark.
Below the date, the date format, -Y-M-D for
example, where Y, M, D stand for the Year,
Month, Day, is displayed.
