Installing and Removing an M.2 Solid State Drive

Follow these instructions to install an optional M.2 solid state drive (SSD):
NOTE:
To install/remove the M.2 heatsink use a No. 1 Phillips-head screwdriver with a screw torque of
1.5 ± 0.2 kgf*cm
1.
Place the solid state drive into the M.2 connector.
2.
Secure the solid state drive to the motherboard with a single screw.
NOTE: The position of the screw will depend on the size of the SSD. Refer to the second image
below for proper placement.
3.
Reverse steps 1-2 to remove the solid state drive.
