- Page 2 Introduction This publication provides technical information on servicing the iDR-switch logic expander for the Allen & Heath iDR-8 digital mix processor. Included are system block diagram, internal layout drawing and circuit schematics with board layouts and spare parts lists. Whilst we believe this information to be reliable we do not assume responsibility for inaccuracies.
- Page 3 Operation: The iDR-switch is an add-on control expander that works with the iDR-8 and iDR-4 digital audio mix processors. To test the unit it should be connected as described in the user guide. It is configured using the Allen & Heath iDR System Manager software running on a PC connected to the main iDR unit.
