Filter Replacement
Please check the filter condition regularly and change it every 6 months.
1. Screw out the purifier base. 2. Remove the old filter and install the new one.

Q: Why doesn't my purifier work after it is turned on?
A: Please confirm whether the power cord is connected normally.
Q: The purifier has abnormal sound or smell during operation. How to solve
the problem?
A: Please shut it down and unplug the power plug immediately.
Q: How to deal with the water in the purifier?
A: Please shut down the purifier immediately and unplug the power plug. Carefully
pour out the internal water, and dry it in the ventilation place for more than 24
hours.
If it still can't work normally, please contact our customer service or ask the
professional to handle it.
