Filter Replacement

For optimum performance please replace the filter element every 6-month or sooner
if using the purifier in vehicles with heavy dust and pollution.
1. Rotate the purifier base. 2. Remove the old filter and install the new one.

Q: Why doesn't my purifier work after I turn it on?
A: Please confirm whether the power cord is connected to the car / power outlet.
Q: The purifier has abnormal sound / smell during operation.
what should I do?
A: Please unplug the unit, stop using immediately. Contact SimPure for advice.
Q: I have spilt water / liquid in the purifier, what can I do?
A: Please unplug the unit from the car / power outlet, remove the filter element
pour out any internal liquid, dry in ventilated place for more than 24 hours
test unit, if undamaged then replace filter element.
