- Page 2 (Notied Body 0598) INTRODUCTION: Thank you for purchasing TheHarnessDepot Fall Protection Rope Termination Anchor. This manual must be read and understood in its entirety, and used as part of an employee training program as required by OSHA or any applicable state agency.
- Page 3 Ÿ MATERIAL : Aluminium MAINTENANCE, CLEANING, AND STORAGE : If the Rope Termination Anchor fails inspection in any way, immediately remove it from service, and contact TheHarnessDepot for Ÿ all maintenance and repair needs. Cleaning after use is important for maintaining the safety and longevity of Rope Termination Anchor.
- Page 4 MUST be stable. At least at an interval of every 6 months, a Competent Person other than the user must inspect Rope Termination Anchor . Competent Ÿ inspections MUST be recorded in inspection log in instruction manual and on equipment inspection grid label. The Competent Person must sign their initials in the box corresponding to the month and year the inspection took place.

- Page 6 WARRANTY: All TheHarnessDepot products bear 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, applicable on Unused TheHarnessDepot products, from the date of purchase. However, TheHarnessDepot shall not be liable for any accident or damage while the product is in use. LIFESPAN: The estimated product lifespan of this product is 10 years from the date of manufacturing. The following factors can reduce the lifespan of the product : intense use, contact with chemical substances, specially aggressive environment, extreme temperature exposure, UV exposure, abrasion, cuts, violent impacts, bad use or maintenance.
