1. Store Tether Strap and Lower Anchor Strap
Attach tether hook to the
plastic bar on either side of
the car seat at the top of the
seat. Attach the lower anchor
connectors to the plastic bars
on the sides of the seat.
2. Recline the Car Seat
Flip the recline foot to the rear-
facing position as shown.
