PROBLEM

Cord won't rewind.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
1. Wrong pile height setting.
2. Suction too strong.
1. Dirty power cord.
2. Cord jammed.
1. Wrong vacuuming pattern.
POSSIBLE SOLUTION
1. Adjust setting.
2. Reduce suction by turning suction
control on handle base to open
airflow hole.
1. Clean the power cord.
2. Pull out cord and rewind.
