TROUBLESHOOTING
SOLUTION
This product has a measuring cup and
the best result is with 80g,one cup.
More or less will a ect the pop timer
and time of temperature control
Product Power cord loose, the plug
should be wiped in place hard, other-
wise the product has no function
Only fresh popcorn kernels. Old or
stale kernels may cause this problem.
Please check the corn you use,it
needs fresh corn kernels.Once the
pack of corn kernels is opened, it
should be stored in an airtight conta-
iner in the fridge for next use
Never add butter, oil or any other
substance to the popping chamber
because uses hot air circulation in the
popping chamber to pop the kernels
