Assembly Remove the spark plug lead/wire prior to DANGER performing any work or assembly of this pressure washer. Install Handle (See fig 1 & 2) • Install the wheel assembly into the frame sleeve on the side of the fuel tank. The wheel spring button is aligned with the casing hole and pops out.

PRESSURE WASHER 3600P Fitting the pressure release caps To prevent oil leaks, the appliance is delivered with the oil intakes sealed with red caps which must be replaced with the pressure release caps supplied. Remove any dirt deposits from the nozzle hole using the nozzle cleaning tool. CLEANING THE FILTER Inspect the inlet filter and detergent filter (if fitted) before each use, and clean in accordance with the instructions in the engine section of this manual if necessary.

PRESSURE WASHER 3600P 1. Check the oil level. See the How to Check/Add Oil section. 2. Move the fuel lever (I) to the ON position. 3. Move the choke lever (J) to the choke CLOSED position. Note: Choke is usually unnecessary when restarting a warm engine.
Recommended oil type Oil Recommendations We recommend the use of our Vyking Force power equipment oil SAE 30 SJ/CF (Part No VF30184) for best performance. Other high-quality oils are acceptable if classified for service SF, SG, SH. SJ or higher.

Fill oil to the bottom lip of the dipstick Fuel Recommendations Fuel must meet these requirements: · • Clean, fresh, unleaded petrol. • A minimum of 91 octane 91 RON is recommended. High altitude use, see below. • Petrol with up to 10% ethanol (gasohol) or up to 15% MTBE (methyl tertiary butyl ether) is acceptable.

PRESSURE WASHER 3600P When Adding Fuel • Turn engine off and let engine cool at least 2 minutes before removing the fuel cap. • Fill fuel tank outdoors or in well ventilated area. • Do not overfill fuel tank. Fill tank to approximately 38 mm below top of neck to allow for fuel expansion.

Before performing adjustments or repairs: • Disconnect the spark plug wire and keep it away from the spark plug. • Use only correct tools. • Do not tamper with governor spring, links or other parts to increase engine speed. • Replacement parts must be the same and installed in the same position as the original parts.

PRESSURE WASHER 3600P How to Replace the Spark Plug Check the gap (A) with a wire gauge (B). If necessary, reset the gap. Install and tighten the spark plug to the recommended torque. For gap setting or torque, see the Specifications section.
