To replace the burners on the Nexgrill DELUXE 720-0898A grill, follow these steps:
1. Remove the main burner “R” pin on the back wall of the firebox using needle nose pliers.
2. Use a flathead screwdriver to remove the burner pin cover, then remove the burner from the front wall.
3. Lift the burner out of the grill.
4. Use a 6 mm socket and wrench or nut driver to remove the brass orifice from the end of the gas valve.
5. Replace the orifice with the Natural Gas orifice and ensure it is properly installed inside the valve.
6. Reinsert the burner and secure it with the cotter pin previously removed.
7. Position the igniter so it is 1/8" (3.2 mm) away from the burner.
Repeat this process for each burner. It is strongly recommended to hire a trained technician for this task to avoid injury or damage.
