How to use

General:
PRO warrants that this product will function properly and safely. Should this product fail to perform safely or properly, please return it to the place of purchase. Warranty excludes improper or unsafe use, abuse, or any use that is not consistent with the operating instructions and warnings.

FOR USE WITH PRESTA VALVES ONLY.

Please completely understand all user instructions and safety information before using this product.
NOTE:
Use only PRO CO2 cartridges. Other brands may not be compatible, may damage inflator, and void warranty.

Prepare Inflator

(Figure A)

NOTE:
Do not activate a CO2 cartridge until ready to use.
Threaded CO2 cartridges ONLY. Thread cartridge into the end of inflator, turning clockwise until the cartridge just contacts the puncture pin, then quickly and firmly twist to puncture (activate) and seal the CO2 cartridge. Inflator is now charged.

Connect to tire valve

For Presta valves only (Figure B). Open Presta valve and push the inflator nozzle fully onto the valve. You may need to hold tire valve in place by pushing against tire tread with thumb (Figure B).
Presta valve MUST be opened before inflating tire. Failure to open valve completely may cause injury or damage the inflator & may void warranty.

Controllably inflate with CO2

Note:
Dispense CO2 cartridge while oriented upright for best results (Figure C). Point pump handle away from yourself and others while dispensing a CO2 cartridge. Slightly unthread cartridge from inflator to controllably allow gas flow into tire. Do not loosen past 1/4 turn or gas may escape. Completely stop gas flow by tightening cartridge back into inflator (Figure D).

CO2 cartridge must be completely empty before removal from inflator. An activated cartridge removed from an inflator can be dangerous! To empty cartridge, open CO2 valve while inflator is not connected to a tire.

Inflate with manual pumping

Firmly grip the pump handle with one hand and the pump barrel with your other hand and pump to desired pressure.
NOTE:
A CO2 cartridge threaded into end of pump handle dramatically increases handle size and improves grip for pumping. Lock pump handle to pump barrel by using the Magnet Lock System.

Do not over-inflate tire as tire damage and/or injury can result.

Our mounting clip mounts under existing water bottle cage.

COMPRESSED GAS WARNING! CONTENTS UNDER PRESSURE. DO NOT PUNCTURE. DO NOT HEAT ABOVE 49º C (120º F). DO NOT LEAVE IN AN ENCLOSED VEHICLE; OVERHEATING MAY CAUSE CARTRIDGE RUPTURE. DO NOT INCINERATE. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

Do not inhale. Do not discharge towards face, body, or people. CO2 gas becomes extremely cold when dispensed and should not be exposed to bare skin as frostbite may occur.
