19. Rotate the car seat
If securing you child in forward-facing mode,
skip this step.
With your child secured, rotate the seat to the
rear-facing position. The seat is correctly in
the rear-facing position when the arrow points
to the blue label.
The seat is securely locked in position when
you hear a "CLICK!" Grab the sides of the seat
and try to rotate the seat without using the
turn lever to make sure it is securely locked in
place.
