Colour coding

The small parts of a dismantled breathing mask are reprocessed in a
compartment of the small-part basket. Colour-code the compart-
ments and the load item carriers to ensure that the small parts can be
assigned to the right breathing mask after reprocessing.
Coloured tags (2 in each colour) are provided with the inserts for this
purpose.
For each colour, attach one tag to the load item carriers and one tag
to the small-part basket compartments.
When using other systems for identification, ensure that these are
suitably chemical-resistant and temperature-resistant.

Preparing the load

Place the insert on the worktop and ensure that it is securely posi-

tioned.
Lift the top insert out of the small-part basket.

Place the top insert next to the insert and open the lid.

The insert holders and the adjacent compartments of the small-part
basket must have the same colour.
Check whether the breathing mask requires manual pre-cleaning,

e.g. to remove soot.
If required, carry this pre-cleaning out in line with the manufac-

turer's instructions.
