Instructions for use

1. Peel the plastic film tab off the battery holder in order to activate the battery.
2. Attach the wrist strap to the remote shutter release by threading it through the hole in the corner (1).
   

Switching on/off

Slide the [ON/OFF] switch (2) sideways to turn the device on or off.

Connecting the remote shutter release to a mobile phone (pairing)

1. The first time the remote shutter release is switched on, it will automatically enter pairing mode, the green LED indicator (4) will flash.
2. Activate Bluetooth on the mobile phone that you want to pair the remote shutter release with. Search for the remote shutter release on the mobile phone. (Refer to the phone's instructions)
   
   
3. Once detected, the remote shutter release will appear on the phone as BT- 4.
4. Select BT -4 from the list. Certain devices may also require you to approve the connection.
5. When pairing has been successful the LED indicator turns off.

The next time the remote shutter release is switched on it will automatically connect to the mobile phone.

Note

• If, after pairing, the remote shutter release is to be used with another mobile phone, the pairing with the first mobile phone must first be cancelled.
• If a paired remote shutter release fails to connect to the phone it is paired with, it will re-enter pairing mode.
• The remote shutter release will shut off if it fails to pair with a mobile phone after approximately 2 minutes.

Taking a photograph

1. Open the mobile phone camera app.
2. Take a picture by pressing the shutter release button (3).

Information
After about 5 minutes, the remote shutter release will enter standby mode if it is not used. It can be reactivated by pressing the shutter release button once.

Changing the battery

Use a small flat-head screwdriver or other suitable tool to open the battery cover. Insert a new battery (1 × CR2032). Ensure that the polarity is correct (see figure). Refit the battery cover.

Care and maintenance

Clean the product using a damp cloth. Use only mild cleaning agents, never solvents or corrosive chemicals.

Responsible disposal

This symbol indicates that this product should not be disposed of with general household waste. This applies throughout the entire EU. In order to prevent any harm to the environment or health hazards caused by incorrect waste disposal, the product must be handed in for recycling so that the material can be disposed of in a responsible manner. When recycling the product, take it to your local collection facility or contact the place of purchase. They will ensure that the product is disposed of in an environmentally sound manner.
