Slide the [ON/OFF] switch (2) sideways to turn the device on or off.
The next time the remote shutter release is switched on it will automatically connect to the mobile phone.

After about 5 minutes, the remote shutter release will enter standby mode if it is not used. It can be reactivated by pressing the shutter release button once.
Use a small flat-head screwdriver or other suitable tool to open the battery cover. Insert a new battery (1 × CR2032). Ensure that the polarity is correct (see figure). Refit the battery cover.
Clean the product using a damp cloth. Use only mild cleaning agents, never solvents or corrosive chemicals.
This symbol indicates that this product should not be disposed of with general household waste. This applies throughout the entire EU. In order to prevent any harm to the environment or health hazards caused by incorrect waste disposal, the product must be handed in for recycling so that the material can be disposed of in a responsible manner.
