5.3.

Circuit Board Assembly

Before starting the assembly make sure that the front panel indicator lights are properly
aligned and not to bent.
o Slide the circuit board towards the front panel. Tip the rear edge of the board
slightly upward to aid in aligning the LED indicators with the holes in the front pan-
el.
o Fasten the circuit board to the chassis with the six #6 black anodized Phillips head
screws.
o Fasten the control shaft to the front panel using the control washer and control nut.
o Turn the shaft of the control knob fully counterclockwise and place the knob on the
shaft with the white index mark pointing to the "R" in the Word PAKRATT on the
panel.
o Tighten the knob securely on the shaft.
o Place the cover edge next to the chassis and solder the black lead from the battery
holder to the land closest to the switch assembly.
o Solder the red lead to the land closest to JP-1.
o Replace the Jumper on JP-1.

Cover Assembly

o Lower the cover onto the chassis and slide it forward so that the rear connectors ex-
tend through the cutouts in the rear of the cover.
o Replace six #6 Phillips head screws on the sides and rear of the cover.
This completes the assembly.
