  • Page 5 DEPLOY PRO ASSEMBLY SEQUENCE NOTE: To simplify the assembly and installation process, it’s recommended to complete the assembly of the Deploy Pro Ladder rack on the ground or work table, then lift and place the rack onto the vehicle’s roof. REAR LADDER STOP ASSEMBLY Attach the Rear Ladder Stop Assembly onto the Ladder Stop Brackets using the hardware shown below.
  • Page 6 FRONT LADDER STOP ASSEMBLY Attach the Front Ladder Stop Brackets to the Top Sliding Assembly using the hardware shown below. Set the Brackets flush as shown in Figure 3. Allow a minimum of 3.00” spacing from the Front Wheel Brackets to the Ladder Stop Brackets as shown in Figure 4.
  • Page 7 LADDER HOLDERS Attach the Ladder Holder Assembly to the Connecting Brackets using the hardware shown below. Center the Attach Two (2) Ladder Support Connecting Brackets to the Holder from left to right before tightening. This Ladder Top Sliding Assembly using the hardware shown below.   • Page 8 INSTALLATION ONTO ERGORACK This Deploy Pro Ladder Rack is designed for only a left or right side installation. Do not center this rack on the vehicle as the bottomside protruding Pivot Arm Hinge Plates can gouge or damage the vehicle’s roof. ATTENTION: The parts shown in Figure 6 are for Prime Design AluRack models, and will not be used for the ErgoRack model configuration.

  • Page 11 EXTENSION LADDER ADJUSTMENT SEQUENCE NOTE: For clarity, Base Rack and Mountings have been removed from views for the remainder of this Assembly Manual. Prepare for ladder adjustment by lossening the bolts on Prepare for adjustment by loosening the bolts on the Rear the Front Ladder Stops, and placing the ladder onto the End Stops as shown below.

Reinstall the Rear Ladder Holder as shown and torque to Loosen and remove the Hardware on the Rear Ladder Holder Connecting Brackets and rotate 180°...
  • Page 14 Slide the Center Ladder Holder to sit flush with the Rear Ladder Holder as shown below. Torque to 90 in-lbs Loosen but do not remove Remove the End Caps from one side of the Rear and Center Loosen the indicated Bolt from the Connecting Bracket Ladder Holders.
  • Page 15 Remove the Bolts from the Front Ladder Holder Reattach with Hardware as shown and torque to 90 in-lbs. Connecting Brackets, and move it forward to the next set of strip nuts as shown. Prepare for ladder adjustment by lossening the bolts on Prepare for adjustment by loosening the bolts on the Rear the Front Ladder Stops, and placing the ladder onto the End Stops as shown below.
