CYLINDER ASSEMBLY NOTE: Ensure Cylinder Bushing is fully seated against Crossbar NOTE: Flow Control Screw faces toward vehicle rear Torque to 55 in-lbs FRONT CROSSBAR ROTATION ASSEMBLY Torque to 55 in-lbs Prime Design Limited Warranty. To assemble the L Posts to the Crossbars, the Auto Clamps must be repositioned.
