Q: Why can't activate the equipment?
A:
Possible Cause
The tablet isn't connected to a network.
The serial number and activation
code are not correct.
The activation code is invalid.
The configuration is empty.
Q: The tablet is not activated while updating?
A:
Possible Cause
The VCI dongle may not be activated
in the registration process.
Solution
Make sure the network is stable.
Check the serial number and activation
code and make sure they are correct
(serial number 12 digits, activation code
8 digits).

Activate the VCI dongle as follows:
Tap "User Info" -> "Activate VCI" ->
Input the correct serial number and
activation code -> "Activate".
