Our goods come with guarantees that cannot
be excluded under the Australian Consumer
Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement
or refund for a major failure and

the guarantee:

customer service phone number, online email
and opening times. Please describe the
problem that you are facing with the
appliance in detail along with your product
article number (8 digit code) and date of
purchase at the time of call registration.
