4.3.2 SWITCH UFP
When a docking station connects to two PCs, devices under the docking station will be recognized and enumerated by the master
host; for example, the storage devices will only be shown on the master PC, and the other PC is a slave PC. The Switch UFP function
allows users to switch the roles of master and slave PCs.
Under "Switch UFP" option, the HDMI and two DPs will display the same outputs from the Host, and HDMI output shows the master
PC's desktop. (Mode B; FIGURE 2-5)
4.3.3 ADVANCED SETTING
You can set the hotkey in different combinations to switch UFP (Mode: A, Figure 2-4), and this key enables you to switch the roles of
hosts.
