TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
The tap does not work /
cannot pour beer.
Too many bubbles when
pouring.
The beer flows out too
slowly.
Possible cause
The beer hose is poorly
connected.
No keg or no beer in
the keg.
The fast air inlet
connection is not
installed correctly.
Beer is being poured
incorrectly.
The beer temperature is
high (better at 3-5 ).
The barrel was shaken
before use.
Almost no beer left in
the keg.
Foreign body in the
outlet hose.
The connection hose
or the outlet hose is
leaking.
Solution
Connect the hose
correctly.
Replace the barrel with a
new one.
Connect the quick
connector for the air
inlet.
Quickly turn the tap on
full. Ensure the correct
distance between the
beer glass and the tap
when pouring beer.
Generally, the height is
between 2 and 2.5 cm.
The normal bubbles
should be thick and
cream-coloured.
Cool the beer to 3-5 .
Set the beer keg aside
for a while until there
are no more bubbles
in it.
Replace the keg with a
new one.
Remove the beer hose
for cleaning or replace
the beer hose.
Check whether the hose
is leaking or not, if so,
replace the hose.
