Burner cap is properly seated.

Burner cap is NOT properly seated.

• Check installation of burner head and cap.
Burner ports clogged by food residue
Ports blocked by dirt

• Hardened residue should be removed using a toothbrush.
NOTE
• Cleaning oval burner
1) Open burner cap

2) Release 2 screws

3) Clean residue using toothbrush.
Clean highlighted part with toothbrush.

Scratching
• Do not use steel wool or abrasive cleansers to clean.
Use of detergent or abrasive cleansers
• To remove burnt-on food, soak the burner heads in hot water for 20–30 minutes.
(Do not use detergent)
Shine is lost.
