FALL HAZARD: Infants have suffered skull fractures falling while in and from
floor seats:
• Use ONLY on the floor.
• NEVER use on an elevated surface.
• NEVER lift or carry child in product.
• Use ONLY with a child who is able to hold head up unassisted.
• STOP using when the child can climb out or walk.
• ALWAYS keep child in view while in product.
DROWNING HAZARD: Infants have drowned when floor seat has been placed in
a bath tub or pool.
• NEVER use in or near water.
ADVERTENCIA
PELIGRO DE CAÍDAS: Bebés han sufrido fracturas de cráneo debido a caídas
dentro o desde sillas de piso:
• Usar ÚNICAMENTE sobre el piso.
• NUNCA usar sobre superficies elevadas.
• NUNCA cargar al niño estando en el producto.
• Usar ÚNICAMENTE con niños que pueden mantener la cabeza derecha sin ayuda.
• NO usar cuando el niño pueda caminar o salirse solo.
• SIEMPRE mantener al niño a la vista mientras esté en el producto.
PELIGRO DE MORIR AHOGADO: Bebés se han ahogado cuando la silla de piso se
ha metido en una bañera o piscina.
• NUNCA utilizar en el agua o cerca de esta.
