POWERING
This microphone is designed to be driven by 48V phantom power only.
ENVIROMENTAL CONDITIONS FOR USE AND STORAGE
The microphone should be stored only in temperatures between 0˚ and
40˚ C (32˚-104˚ F), and humidity between 0% and 80%.
Do not store or use this microphone in dusty environments.
Do not store where there is high humidity or excess moisture.
Do not store in situations with strong vibrations or constant shaking.
MAINTENANCE
Wipe only with a soft cloth.
Do not use thinners or benzene.
Use a neutral detergent and clean with a dry, soft cloth.

INSTALLATION
The SM Logo indicates the front of the microphone.
PAD SWITCH
Use the slide switch at the rear side of
CU-55 to reduce the microphone's
sensitivity for loud recordings by
turning it to -10dB position.

SETTINGS
Suspend the mic using the optional S-55 basket shock mount or the
K-55 band shock mount.
