Foldable weight bench

Bench Press mode:
Insert both of the medium sized
pins into the position (A), and
insert the small sized pin into the
position (B), as shown in Fig #1.
Also, the backrest pad can be
adjusted in 7 different angles using
a small sized pin.
Preacher Curl Bench mode:
Insert the medium sized pins into
the position (C), and adjust the
small sized pin to position (D), as
shown in Fig #2. Now the backrest
pad should be adjusted to level
position so it can be used as the
seat.
Also, the preacher curl pad can be
adjusted to a different position by
adjusting medium sized pins at
position (E) and a small sized pin at
(F) for a different angle which
might adapt better to your height,
as shown in Fig #3.
Please feel free to try both and find
out which angle suits you the best.
