Thank for your selecting Pro Base Sports Foldable Weight Bench. For your safety and
benefit, please read this manual carefully before using this product.

Important Precautions

Warning: To reduce the risks of injuries, read all important precautions, instructions
and warnings in this manual before using this Foldable Weight Bench. Pro Base
Sports assumes no responsibility for personal injury or property damage which might
be caused by or through the use of this product.
1. It is the owner's responsibility to ensure that all the users of this product are
adequately informed of all warnings and precautions.
2. Before starting any exercise program, consult your physician. This is especially
important for the users over the age of 35 or with existing health issues.
3. This product is not intended for use by the ones with reduced physical sensory, or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are given
supervision or instruction about use of the product by someone responsible for
their safety.
4. Use this product only as described.
5. This weight bench is intended for home use only. Do not use this product in any
commercial, rental, or institutional setting.
6. Keep the weight bench indoors and away from moisture and dust. Do not put the
weight bench in a garage or covered patio, or near water.
7. Use this product on a flat level surface with adequate clearance around and
above for the exercises that you will perform. It is recommended to use an
equipment mat to prevent the bench from moving while it is being used, which
could possibly scratch or damage the surface of the flooring.
8. Keep children under age of 13 and pets away from this product at all times.
Teenagers under age of 18 must always have parental supervision and instruction
on the use of this product.
9. Properly warm-up and stretch your body before using this product.
10. If the user experiences dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or any other symptoms,
STOP the workout at once and consult a physician IMMEDIATELY.
11. Inspect the product and fasten all parts prior to each use. Replace any worn parts
immediately.
12. The weight bench is designed to support the maximum total weight of 880 lbs
(400 kg).
13. When using the backrest in an inclined position or a level position, make sure
that the support rod is inserted completely through the uprights and turned to
the locked positon.
14. Always exercise with a partner. When you are performing bench press exercises,
your partner should stand behind you to catch the barbell if you cannot complete
