Check
You might feel static shock when you touch the refrigerator, but this does not indicate
any problems in its functions or any safety issues.
This refrigerator emits electromagnetic radiation. Do not install the refrigerator near TV
sets, radios, or interphones. Plug the refrigerator into an outlet that is not in close
proximity to any antennas or wiring.
Those lines are caused by the flow liquid resin when the plastic part was molded. They
might be particularly conspicuous in transparent parts, but these lines not indicate a
problem in the strength of plastic parts and have not been known to lead to cracking.
The slight warping of surfaces might occur when the refrigerator is manufactured.
Depending on lighting and other factors, the warping might be more conspicuous.
However, this is normal and does not indicate a problem in the refrigerator' s function.
These holes are required for the manufacturing process. They are not defects in the refrigerator.
Note: Depending on the refrigerator model, these holes might be covered with
adhesive stickers. Do not remove these stickers.
Until power is restored, minimize the number of times you open the refrigerator doors
and do not store any items that are not already in the refrigerator. When power is
restored, check and, if necessary, reconfigure the control panel settings.
Remove all stored items from the refrigerator. Unplug the refrigerator, and then clean the
ice maker and the inside of the refrigerator. Leave all refrigerator compartments open for
about 2 to 3 days, so that each compartment dries thoroughly.
You do not need to defrost the refrigerator, because it has self-defrosting function.
Water from the thawed frost collects in a tray, where it then evaporates.
Refer to the procedure "Moving or transporting the refrigerator" below.
Do not touch the broken glass. Contact your vendor as soon as possible to request
repair.
Do not close doors forcefully.
The various compartments are interconnected by airways for cold air. As such, if you
forcefully close one refrigerator door, the air pressure might cause another door to open.
Do not leave the refrigerator doors open for an extended period of time.
If you do, air that enters the refrigerator will cool suddenly creating a temporary mass
of low-pressure air. To prevent this problem, do not leave doors open for an extended
period of time. Minimize the amount of time for which doors are open.
Ensure to leave at least 2 cm of space between the refrigerator and the wall behind it.
