Tips for storing vegetables ■Types of food recommended to be kept at room temperature We recommend that the following types of food be kept in a cool location away from direct sunlight: garlic, onion, potatoes, sweet potatoes, squash, and whole (uncut) pumpkins. ■Risk of damage due to low temperatures Some foods might change color or lose flavor if stored in the vegetable compartment for an extended period of time.
VARIOUS FUNCTIONS Detailed temperature adjustment (refrigerator and freezer compartments) You can adjust the temperature settings for the refrigerator and freezer compartments in more detail by selecting from a total of 11 settings. SAVING ENERGY Using “Energy Saving” mode To save energy, use “Energy Saving” mode, which lowers the cooling power of each compartment. If “Energy Saving mode is on, and the doors of the refrigerator compartment are left open for more than 30 seconds, the door alarm will sound, and the interior LED lights of the refrigerator compartment and vacuum compartment will dim to save energy.
