12.5 Troubleshooting during lock connection

1. If after passage authorization a normal sequence of opening and closing the lock is
not executed, it may point to incorrect connection of the lock, the door opening
sensor, or the block button. Also, the door opening sensor can have a wrong normal
state, which was improperly set by means of the dip-unit.
2. If the PSU fuse of the lock is blown immediately after controller startup, or after
ensure the protective diode is connected to the lock with correct polarity.

12.6 Troubleshooting during turnstile connection

1. After the passage through the turnstile is completed, it is registered by the system as
if it was in the opposite direction (e.g., someone has presented a card at the entrance,
the turnstile has opened in the IN direction, but the passage was registered by the
system as the passage in OUT direction).
Do the following stepwise:
Change the IN/OUT direction of the readers, by reversing the wires on PORT1 and
PORT2 terminals of the controller or using the terminal reassignment function
(Clamps reassignment tab).
Change the direction of feeding commands "Open IN" and "Open OUT", by
reversing the wires on K1 and K2 terminals of the controller relay or using the
terminal reassignment function.
Change the direction of passage sensors (if there are two of them), by reversing the
wires on D1 and D2 terminals of the controller or using the terminal reassignment
function.
Here is an example of reassigning readers and terminals for the above described case:
