LIMITED WARRANTY
Vestil Manuf acturing Corporation ("Ve stil") warrants this p roduct to be free of defect s in material a nd workm anship
during the warranty period. Our warranty obligation is to provide a replacement for a defective original part if the part is
covered by the warranty, after we receive a proper request from the warrantee (you) for warranty service.
Who may request service?
Only a wa rrantee may re quest se rvice. You are a warrantee if you purcha sed the produ ct from Ve stil or from a n
authorized distributor AND Vestil has been fully paid.
What is an "original part"?
An original part is a part used to make the product as shipped to the warrantee.
What is a "proper request"?
A req uest fo r wa rranty se rvice i s p roper if Vestil receives: 1 ) a photocopy of t he Customer Invoice th at displays the
shipping date; AND 2 ) a written re quest for wa rranty service including your name and p hone number. Sen d requests
by any of the following methods:

In the written request, list the part s believed to be d efective and i nclude the a ddress where replacements should be
delivered.
What is covered under the warranty?
After Ves til receives your reques t for warranty se rvice, an auth orized representative will contact you to dete rmine
whether your claim i s covered by the warranty. Before p roviding warranty service, Vestil m ay require you to se nd the
entire product, or just the defective part or parts, to its facility in Angola, IN. The warranty covers defects in the following
original dynamic components: motors, hydraulic pumps, electronic controllers, switches and cylinders. It also covers
defects in original p arts th at we ar under no rmal u sage conditions ("wearing p arts"): be arings, ho ses, wheels, seals,
brushes, batteries, and the battery charger.
How long is the warranty period?
The warranty period for original components is 30 days. The warranty period begins on the date when Vestil ships the
product to th e wa rrantee. If the pro duct wa s purchased fr om an autho rized d istributor, the peri od b egins when th e
distributor ships the product. Vestil ma y extend the warranty period for p roducts shipped from autho rized distributors
by up to 30 days to account for shipping time.
If a defective part is covered by the warranty, what will Vestil do to correct the problem?
Vestil will provide an appropriate repla cement for any covered part. An authorized representa tive of Vestil will contact
you to discuss your claim.
What is not covered by the warranty?
1. Labor;
2. Freight;
3. Occurrence of any of the following, which automatically voids the warranty:
P roduct misuse;
Negligent operation or repair;
Corrosion or use in corrosive environments;
Inadequate or improper maintenance;
Damage sustained during shipping;
Collisions or other incidental contacts causing damage to the product;
U nauthorized modifications: DO
authorization from Ve stil. Modification (s) might m ake t he pro duct unsafe to u se or might cau se excessive and/or
abnormal wear.
Do any other warranties apply to the product?
Vestil Man ufacturing Corp. makes no other expre ss wa rranties. All implied warranties are disclaim ed to the exten t
allowed by law. Any implied warranty not disclaimed is limited in scope to the terms of this Limited Warranty.
