during normal camera operations.

Filter:
Filter selector is set to anything but 1B
Extender:
The lens extender is in use
Fan:
Fan mode is at "Off" (forcibly off)
60Hz:
Field frequency is set at 60 Hz
Optical:
"Optical" showing a photo-receptive
condition indicates anything but "GRN"
