The Commercial CHEF CHM7MB operates on a 12-hour clock system. To set or reset the clock, follow these steps:

1. Press the “CLOCK” button.
2. Enter the correct time using the number keys (within the range of 1:00–12:59).
3. Press “CLOCK” again to confirm.
