Confirm that the proper services are available. The water supply must be a ½" water line with a
½" threaded ball valve female end. Anything smaller than ½" is not acceptable and should
never be used. The electrical outlet must be within
the range of the power cord of the machine, extension cords should never be used. CO2 is also
provided by the customer in either a tank or with a line from a bulk or remote system. If
connecting to an existing system the customer must provide a ¼" barbed shutoff within 40" of
the installation. Check for proper top and bottom ventilation, drain and countertop holes.
If any of the required services are missing/incorrect or if you have any questions regarding the
commissioning instructions, please call 877-999-1044 option #5, and someone from our Tech
Support Team will provide further instructions.
Open packaging and check for any damage, check that all parts are included
by using the supplied diagram. Do not make any connections yet.
Lay out all components inside the cabinet to confirm spacing and positioning
of equipment. The LED display on the main unit should face out and be visible.
Install the ViTap Font using supplied installation kit.
Connect Water line to street water outlet using supplied kit and diagram. All water and
filter connections should be made using the supplied diagram. Water supply must be 1/2"
supply.
Fill chiller water tank by removing the front plug and using the cold water
supply line. Fill until water runs back out of the fill tube. Let all residual
water exit the fill tube before replacing the plug.
Connect street water pipe to the machine and insulate the pipe fully, but do not turn the
water on just yet. A minimum water supply of 55psi should be supplied to the machine or the
dispense operation will become slow and may need a booster pump.
*If installing a Vi2H water connections to the Mavea filter should be made now. Be sure to
flush 10 liters of water through the filter before connecting to the boiler. Connect the Mavea
filter to the boiler using the supplied parts and diagram.

  • Page 3 Allow the sanitizing solution to be in the system for no less than 10 minutes before flushing at least 5 liters of water from each of the Still and Sparkling. Turn off the water supply and touch the Still button until the water stops running, release the button.
