In case of failure of the photovoltaic panel, the customer may contact an Authorized Center or directly to NDS ENERGY, which, after appropriate checks and tests, will decide whether to restore the conformity of the asset or replace it. -

If the above conditions are verified, the following are to be considered excluded: transport, customs clearance or other costs for the return of the forms. Shipping, repair or replacement costs, or costs associated with the installation, removal or reinstallation of the photovoltaic modules will also not be covered. -
