- Page 8 Align side panels (#4) to the bottom panel (#5), then secure by using bolts (#A) with washers (#C,E). Align base panel (#3) to the side panels, then secure by using bolts (#A) with washers (#C,E).
- Page 9 Align base panel (#2) to the top (#1), then secure by using bolts (#B) with washers (#C,D). Align base panels (#2,3) together, then secure by using bolts (#b) with washers (#C,D).
