PRE-ASSEMBLY PREPARATION Before you start: 1.Choose a clean, level, spacious assembly area. Avoid hard surfaces that may damage the product 2.Take care when lifting. Product should be assembled as near as possible to the point of use 3.Ensure that you have all required contents for complete assembly 4.Always read the assembly instructions carefully before beginning assembly. - Page 3 Page 3...
- Page 4 Step 1 You will need • Prepare a surface with a blanket or cardboard. • Connect the 2 side cover (E,F) to the front and back cover(C,D), as shown below. • Secure with bolt(K), threaded from the outside, and Lock the inside with washer(L) ,Fasten with Allen key(M).
- Page 5 Step 2 You will need • Place the storage box upside down on the prepared surface . • Prepare 10x bolt K sets by threading bolt(K) through washer(L). • Connect the bottom cover(B) to the box as shown below. • Secure with bolt K sets, fasten with Allen key(M). •...
- Page 6 Step 3 You will need • Put the storage box right-side up on the prepared surface . • Connect the cover(A) to the frame, as shown below. • Secure the cover with 3x bolt(H) at each hinge, threaded from the top, down. Lock the underside with washer(L) and nut (J). Fasten with Allen key(M), whilst holding the nut with a pair of pliers.
- Page 7 Step 4 You will need • Attach the steam rod to the area between the cover (A) and finished part, note the side without plastic are apply to cover ,as shown below. • Secure the steam rod with bolt(H), threaded from the upside of the hinge, and Lock the inside with washer(L) and nut (J),Fasten with Allen key(M).
