CAUTION
・ Please store it with the product.
・ Wear safety goggles when taking out oil with high temperature.
・ Be careful not to get burned.
・ Do not alter to it.
・ Use KTC genuine products for replacement of parts.
・ This product is for automobile oil. Do not use this product for purpose other than its original or modify it.
・ Do not pour in strongly inflammable substances (gasoline, thinner, benzene,etc.) or strongly
corrosive substances (brake fluid, water, LLC, chemicals,etc.).
・ Lock the free casters with brakes at all times except during transfer.
・ Fix the pipe handle and the grip on waste oil tray by a fixing strap during transfer.
・ Be careful not to fall during transfer.
・ Do not use in areas with slopes or rough surfaces.
・ Hold the pipe handle and the grip on waste oil tray to transfer the product.
・ Do not raise the input air pressure over 1bar while discharging waste oil.
・ Be sure to hold on to the discharge hose since the nozzle vibrates while waste oil is discharged.
・ Be careful not to shut in hands between dial nuts, during adjustment the hight of waste oil tray.

- Page 3 How to Assemble Attach the caster Apply Attach fixed caster to the shaft of tank behind with C-Ring. Grease Attach free caster with nut to front hole. Apply Grease Attach pipe and tray Fix pipe handle with bolt (5mm). Mount tray to tank. Tray Pipe Handle Bolt (5mm) Attach ejector assy Attach ejector assy to tank (pipe handle side), then fix ring nut with pipe wrench. Attach discharge air regulator O-Ring Discharge Air Regulator Attach discharge air regulator with bolt and O-Ring. Attach discharge hose Discharge Hose Attach discharge hose to discharge hose valve with hose band. Hose Band Attach slide pipe Attach slide pipe to tank. - Page 4 How to Use (Figure 1) How to Downward Draining Inflow Valve Waste Oil ○Adjust the Height of Waste Oil Tray Slide Pipe Tray Put an oil drainer at horizontal and stable place. Direction of Hold the waste oil tray by hand to prevent it from dropping off. Loosen Dial Nut Tighten Loosen dial nut. (Figure 1) Dial Nut Adjust the height of waste oil tray according to drain plug's position. Tighten dial nut to fix slide pipe. (Figure 2) Close ○Receive the Waste Oil Check the inflow valve is open. - Page 5 (Figure 8) How to Use Level Gauge About 5cm How to Upward Draining Aspiration Nozzle ○Extraction Work Remove an oil filler cap. Estimated Insertion Pull out the oil level gauge. Select the aspiration nozzle. <Situation when Aspiration Nozzle touches oil pan> Aspiration Engine Nozzle Insert aspiration nozzle into guide pipe of level gauge. Level Gauge Guide Pipe Stop at the position corresponding plugging away to the oil pan. (Figure 8) Click Remove the nozzle cap of the aspiration hose and Click connect the aspiration nozzle and the aspiration hose. Oil Pan Open the aspiration nozzle valve then work begins. Close the aspiration hose valve once the aspiration is finished, separate it from aspiration nozzle and then install nozzle cap. Pull out the aspiration nozzle, then return level gauge to guide pipe.
