    W O W F L U T T E R M E T E R F L - 1 8 0 The F L - 1 8 0 w o w flutter meter measures w o w and flutter of various types of sound recording machines, video recording machines and many other rotary machines such as tape recorders, V T R ' s and turntables in accordance with the J l S ( J a p a n ) , NAB (U.S.A), CCIR(France) and DIN(Germany) standards.

    Rear Pane! Fig. 3 Rear panel 21 Cord Reel This cord reel is used to store the power cord for carrying convenience. Fuse Holder A 0.3A fuse is used for operating the F L - 1 8 0 on 2 2 0 V or 2 4 0 V A C power. For operation on 100V or 120V, it should be replaced with a 0.5A fuse.

The output voltage is proportional to the speed of revolution of equipment under test.     O P E R A T I O N S Preparation for Operation 1. Set the power selector switch to the correct voltage observing the "arrow" mark on the plug. The F L - 1 8 0 is factory set to operate on A C 2 4 0 V . 2.
