  • Page 9 Insert dowels (#L) to rails (#3,5), then align rails (#3,5) to the headboard (#1) and footboard (#2). Secure by using bolts (#A) onto barrel nuts (#G). Align rail supports (#4) to the side rails, then secure by using bolts (#F).
  • Page 10 Align slats (#6) to the side rails (#3), then secure by using screws (#N). Align side rails (#9,10) to the headboard (#7) and footboard (#8), then secure by using bolts (#A) onto barrel nuts (#G).
  • Page 11 Align upper bunk to the lower bunk by using dowels (#H). Align ladder rungs (#14) to the ladder rails (#12,13), then secure by using bolts (#D).
  • Page 12 Align ladder to the bunk, then secure by using bolts (#E). Align wheels (#I) to the side panels (#15,16), then secure by using screws (#P). There will be no pre-drilled holes.
  • Page 13 Insert dowels (#L) to the support legs (#18,27). Align support legs (#18,27) onto side panels (#15,16), then secure by using bolts (#B) onto nuts (#K). Insert dowels (#L) to back (#19), then align back (#19) to side panels (#15,16). Secure by using bolts (#B) onto barrel nuts (#G).
  • Page 14 Slide trundle frame half way into the bunk bed. 3pcs 6pcs 3pcs Align rail support (#20) to the trundel frame, then secure by using screws (#O,N).
  • Page 15 Align slats (#11) to bunk bed, then secure by using screws (#N). Align slats (#22) to trundle frame, then secure by using screws (#N).
  • Page 16 Align wheels (#I) to hip panels (#23), then secure by using screws (#P). Insert dowels (#M) onto hips (#23). Align hips (#23) to the front and back rails (#24,25), then secure by using bolts (#B) onto nuts (#K).
  • Page 17 Align slats (#26) to the unit, then secure by using screws (#N).
