valid within the three-year standard

*Non-competitive is defined as track
use which is not timed or racing
against other vehicles. On-track
recovery is not covered under this
provision and must not be used as
substitute or replacement for onsite
track recovery services.

What to do in the event of a
breakdown?
1. Secure yourself and your vehicle. Do
not place yourself in danger.
2. Contact Lotus Roadside Assistance
using your applicable country
telephone number from the list
shown on the next page.
3. Provide the operator with details of
the breakdown – including name,
vehicle registration or VIN, location
details. If your vehicle has incurred
accident damage, please also
disclose this.
4. Await rescue in a secure location.
Regular updates to the expected
arrival time of roadside assistance
will be sent via text message.
